Wizard Manifesto
Poetry about various aspects of the universe?
An excuse for me to nerd out about Greek Mythology
A story about the angels guarding demons from earth failing to stop some from escaping
Why hello there friend! My name is Christopher Simons. If you picked up this book, that means that you (Just like I) are interested in the beauty and vastness of the multiverse. I have travelled for decades exploring the multiverse so that I can show you the beauty of it all. I am in possession of a spellbook that allows me to write new entries in this book from alternate dimensions so I might add new entries now and then. Below you'll see the table of contents there for you to get straight to the part of the book you wish to read.
Universe Nicknames
There are so many beautiful universes that deserve their own names/nicknames.1 So I decided to give the ones I visited nicknames that I'll be referring to them by in the rest of the book.
Beautiful Universes
These are all of the lovely universes I visited on my journey so far.
Erutuf: This universe was very inspiring. It's a universe that has progressed far faster than our own. It's a stereotypical futuristic utopia filled with floating buildings, flying cars, teleportation devices, and all sorts of wonderful inventions. Though unfortunately that does mean that the Jailers and Bookburners of Erutuf are able to imprison and kill "anomalies'' more effectively. This universes Jailers also succeeded in slaying some creatures they've been trying to kill.
Elor: In this universe, the roles of the Groups of Intrigue are switched around.
Group of Intrigue | The role they take in Elor |
---|---|
Us | Of the Jailers |
The Jailers | Of Us |
The Bookburners | Of The Merchants |
The Merchants | Of The Bookburners |
The Devout | Of The Madmen |
The Madmen | Of The Devout |
Grobyc: In this one everyone seems to be a cyborg. Not much to write about this one but I enjoyed seeing the cyborg jailer's processors malfunction at the sight of a human in their universe.
Ysatnaf: A world where none of the Groups of Intrigue exist and every amazing wonder imprisoned or destroyed by them are free and the world has a sense of wonder again. I even remember seeing a spellbook there.2
Ruatnec: In this universe, everyone is half human half animal. I personally think I looked cool as a Half-Wolf person.
Emit: A universe where all time inside the universe is sped up. It's kind of strange to see yourself grow up in 40 seconds.
Deniatnoc-nu: A world where the jailer's cover is blown and they release many of the wonderous creatures and people they had previously imprisoned. The bookburners are disbanded in this universe as well.
Ecaep&evol: A world where violence and fighting don't exist. The words violence, fighting, anger and other negative words don't exist either
War? Anger? I do not know those words. Could you please tell me what they mean?
-The Ecaep&evol version of myself
Eidreven: A universe where no one dies ever. Yeah, this one's a tad boring.
Lanoisnemid-2: A world where everything and everyone are 2 dimensional.
Erutinruf: A realm where everyone is a different piece of furniture. I actually got into a fight with a swivel chair that I accidently pushed.
Elffuhs: A universe where the roles of us and the groups of intrigue are swapped in a different way than Elor.
Group of Intrigue | The role they take in Elffuhs |
---|---|
Us | Of the Merchants |
The Jailers | Of The Madmen |
The Bookburners | Of the Devout |
The Merchants | Of The Bookburners |
The Devout | Of the Jailers |
The Madmen | Of Us |
Not-so Beautiful Universes
These are all the universes that aren't so beautiful that I've discovered so far.
Dnah dereves s'tnepres: A universe where sadly the bookburners and jailers successfully attack us and not only destroy the Wanderers Library, but also cause the Serpent's Hand to disband.
Esuohneerg: A world where the icecaps have melted and much of earth coastal areas are now completely submerged in water.
Korangar: A universe where the dark forces of the universe destroy earth
Ecnaidar: This is a universe where it's always summer and the heat is so hot that you melt if you are directly exposed to sunlight. There are also creatures that look like they are made of the melted bodies of the unfortunate souls were melted that drag people towards the sunlight.
Seibmoz: This universe is in the process of being destroyed by The Protectors (More on them in Travelers I met along the way). It is being destroyed because it's Jailers and Bookburners tried to imprison and massacre other universes, causing The Protectors to isolate the universe from any multiversal contact and release a undead plague into the universe to kill every living being in that universe. I've never actually been to this universe, The Protectors only let me observe the universe. It was terrifying to see that universe's version of myself be consumed by a tidal wave of the undead.
Travelers I met along the way
These are the travelers I've met while traveling the multiverse so far.
Charon: A traveler who goes by the alias Charon. He told me his goal was to document every wonder of the multiverse. He has been wandering the infinite timelines for over 15,000 years. He's documented everything from Pages to Lovecraftian beasts.
Icarus: A traveler who went by the alias Icarus. He is unfortunately deceased. When I was visiting "Ecnaidar" I almost got brought into the sunlight by those melted things, but I survived because he distracted them while I escaped. I remember seeing him melt into the giant mass of melted bodies as I fled the dimension
The Protectors: A group of individuals who call themselves "The Protectors". They also go by "The Guardians". They have the power to do many things such as:
- Isolating Universes from other universes
- Create anything from nothing
- Give and take away powers
- Slay gods
- Stop the growth of the multiverse
- Slow down the growth of the multiverse
- Speed up the growth of the multiverse
- Create pocket dimensions
- Open pathways to other universes
- Stop time in universes
They use their powers to protect the order of the multiverse and destroy any universe that tries to destroy other universes. It gets boring protecting the multiverse so they like to have a little "fun" with their work. They do this by spinning a wheel to decide how a problem is solved and gamble on what the result will be. Ways they've dealt with multiversal issues include:
- Smashing two "problem timelines (PTs)" into each other, obliterating both universes
- Creating monsters or plagues to slay all life on a PT after isolating it from the greater multiverse
- Making a duplicate universe of the PT filled with malicious variants of the inhabitants of the PT who's goal is to kill their original selves before ceasing to exist
- Set off every bomb, missile, and nuke inside the PT all at once. Any surviving planets will then be destroyed via the core of their planet suddenly becoming a black hole.
- Freeze the PT in time for all eternity
- Rewinding time inside the PT to when life began and kill the beings which all life originated from. (Assuming those beings exist in that universe)
