After a while

Jack woke up in the blistering heat of the sun. He got up only to see the city was abandoned, and there was a gigantic hole in his room. "What on Earth happened?", trying to think of what had happened, "Did a bomb drop, or just someone dropping a Nokia 3000?" In a haste he got out of bed and was dressed to get out of town incase something horrible was on the loose, and still there.
