Normality, the concept of normality requires a sense of paranormal, there need to be the anomalous.
And that is our job, call us CSRA. We create the Anomalous, we make the paranormal.
Because without the paranormal and the anomalous, What is Normality? We have had our fair share of bumps.
We may be small only existing in the least amount of universes but we are not weak.
We started off by making anomalous paintings and shapes, then more complex anomalies.
We then figured out how to make an anomaly property maker. Took us several years but we had made something truly remarkable.
Our first documented anomaly. An anomaly that can produce anomalies just by typing in your thoughts.
We have the power of the gods now, and we have figured out about you other organizations throughout the multiverse.
The Coldness, you lock up the anomalies and keep them secret.
The Destroyers, you kill and destroy anomalies you don't even give them a chance.
Truth's Morality, you want to free anomalies, you'll be glad to know most of our anomalies are released.
The Mayhem, you are disgusting you're one of the few things we want destroyed.

Truth's Morality

A Library of Truth, Seekers of Morality across worlds, this story sounds familiar. You are in it right now. The Library itself contains in itself me. The container for the Library. Go as deep in this rabbit hole as you'd like. You are currently 1 layer in. Don't go too deep or else you may find stranger stuff than just me.

The Coldness

One well known despite it's attempts at secrecy. Containing them should only be a last ditch effort. Not for every which and way, some shouldn't be contained to keep the world intact.At least the coldness understands their's a use for having them alive. You think you've heard of them before. Files Upon Files, maybe there's one here?

The Destroyers

A group that tries to get rid of what isn't normal. You need paranormal and anomalous to have a normal. You need the weird the strange the creepy. You don't use them, that's pretty much your only plus. The destroyers are known among the governments.

The Mayhem

A group of pure chaos. One hated by all, using anomalies to your own benefit is horrible. A group that should not exist yet does. This group should be destroyed.

I have been trapped in this place for millennia a story always written yet never written, a story which only exists outside of the multiverse itself. I wonder why I exist in this place, I guess I'll never find out.

You wandered the library for quite a while and decided to climb up a ladder you found, you went up and up and up until you see in the distance a book that has a strange logo you've never seen before. You climb up a bit more and sit down on the fenced off balcony over 10 meters off the ground.
A strange figure with no arms yet many hands comes out of nowhere, bringing with him multiple instruments.The mysterious man then sits down on the balcony next to you and plays the instruments with precision.

000 is an anomaly that cannot be contained. and will irrevocably reset our universe. This document has been made in such a way that it should be able to shield the effects of 000 so we can have information about 000 in the next reset.
000 is the result of all anomalies created and released without documentation. All of their information gathered up into the monstrosity that is 000. 000 is angry at us and wants to destroy it. We have though of trying to send it to somewhere out of time and space but we have had no luck in finding any such space.

AM-0 is an anomaly created by the forgotten information of all anomalies before first documentation of our anomalies.
The forgotten information created a being purely of that forgotten information.
Only people who remember any of that information can see AM-0.
Due to this AM-0 is extremely hard to find and track.
AM-0 is to be on the Master Chamber, with Clearance Level 4-NULL.
AM-0 being made out of forgotten information, thinks itself is forgotten and wants to reset the universe to no longer be forgotten.
AM-0 has created several anomalies to try and reset the universe, and has given itself Anomaly ID 000.
Any attempt to remove AM-0 from it's course of action is to be stopped. This document has been made to go into a pocket dimension before a universe reset and wait until our organization has documented this anomaly for the first time to come back.

AM-0 is incapable of feeling, cannot be physically hurt. AM-0 seems to fear all other anomalies. In the case of a containment breach of restrained or anomalies pending release AM-0 is to go into the nearest unused anomaly containment cell.
