The Baron Gray's Journals of Remarkability Collection

FINISHED WORKS AWAITING POSTING:
"Volume 1: The Tragedian."
So, you wish to know about a man. That is why you picked up this journal correct? If it isn't then, oh well, either put this book back or keep reading.

This man was remarkable in the sense that he was only remarkable once across all dimensions, because unlike others among the multiverse he only exists in six timelines. This is about only one of these. The Man does not live anymore in 4 of these timelines. In every other of the infinite timelines, this Man no longer exists. This is due to the nature of his existence. His name is not well known. But he has had contact with the Serpent's Hand, the Jailors ( or SCP Foundation), and the Bookburners (or Global Occult Coalition) as they are called in the human tongue. Further on is the detailings of these interactions, beginning with the Foundation. This was the reason he was so remarkable, even if it was only once. He was what the Foundation called an SCP, a thing to be contained even though they could never contain him. He still remained somewhat loyal to them, even if it was only to help others in his situation. His name, was Garrison St.Martin. Though since this is merely a journal, I shall provide you with brief notes and summaries along with whatever documents I could scrounge up. The Foundation had an actual document for him but they redacted it even though there was no information to redact. They knew little of him, at least in their current timeline.

Item #: SCP-####

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-####-1, when not in testing, is to be stored in a radiation security chamber in Site-23. During testing, a specialized testing chamber has been created for it. For more information, see the Specialized Containment Procedures for SCP-####-1. SCP-####-A instances have been deemed non-anomalous and have been neutralized at this point in time.
SCP-####-2 is to be kept in a standard class IV humanoid containment cell with a cryogenic sleeper pod to accommodate its catatonic state. All of its vitals that can be monitored at this time are to be monitored. Currently, these containment procedures are not valid but are still kept in case of SCP-####-2’s return. Multiple MTFs have been assigned to assist in its capture. The main Task Force in charge of its capture, and the one that was created specifically for this anomaly, is MTF-Xi-14 codenamed “Tragic Comedians”. MTF-Rho-9 “Technical Support” is in charge of monitoring the apparent website that has been created by SCP-####-2 which has been found to have 465 firewalls and counting. It has also been found to be completely hardwired into the Foundation’s database1. The current mission of these MTFs is to establish contact with the entity and to negotiate its return as all other attempts at containment involving standard measures have failed.

Discovery: It was found shipped to the Foundation via a Foundation front company. Its anomalous capabilities were first discovered when the loading crew attempted to remove the object in question and were subsequently affected by it.

Description: SCP-####-1 is what appears to be a cubic box made of an alloy of iron, an unknown metal, and solid radon; it also has 40cm circular holes on each side. Because of the solid radon, it emits radiation. However, the recorded levels are simply just mildly higher than ambient radiation which, for the amount of radon in the alloy, should be 10,000% higher.
It is currently still in the same shipping container it was found in seeing as it has no effect on the object other than it has fused with the bottom of the box. Its main anomalous capability, however, only activates when a living, sapient humanoid touches the "entry hole" of the box, which is located on the side of it, at which a seemingly random period of time occurs. After this time period the subject exits the object with all life functions ceased and their actual brain in the body of another, seemingly random, species.
The most common form that SCP-####-2 takes is that of Researcher Dr. Garrison St.Martin, a 6’ 3” Caucasian male. This was also its original form. Currently all known capabilities other than the ability to change its molecular structure have been found through interactions with the entity and MTFs.

Addendum 1.a: This is a reminder to all staff that, even though it has still breached, we will recapture it so its cell must be upkept in case of its immediate return~Dr. Johnson

I hope those documents told you enough about him for me to continue without trouble. Otherwise, read them again. I can wait. I am merely the author of a book. I do not need to wait.
Done? good.
Now comes the fun part.
The Autobiography. Yes, I found him and asked him to write this section. You are welcome.

So, I guess I'm writing the future now.

So, this guy showed up on the doorstep of my apartment asking me to write about things that had not happened yet. Well, here goes. After I finally defeated my evil twin, I decided to hang back for a bit. Hang around the Foundation, participate in the humanoid program going on there. Talk to the others, try to convince them not to try to escape so they don't become as depressed as Iris did for a while. Well, that plan went to crap as soon as Val decided that she wanted to free the anomalies. You see, Valorie, or Valkyrie as her callsign was, was my longtime friend at the Foundation and we had to work a lot closer together after I became a skip or Anomalous Person of Interest as they called me. I didn't care, I was a skip. She looked at the humanoids in containment and decided the Foundation was somewhat evil. So she decided to join the Serpent's Hand. Well, I went with her. Just to make sure the Hand didn't succeed in the breaching of certain anomalies. You probably know the ones. I saw the Foundation as a necessary evil. Val saw it the same way, just that it didn't have to be as evil as it was. While that was true, it was a huge risk. Plus, the Foundation was at least trying. I mean the humanoid program was evidence of that. Letting the not really deadly humanoids wander around Site-17 and interact with each other was the best thing they tried in years. At least it was the best attempt they'd had in years. Making Iris the face of it probably wasn't the best idea if they wanted to recruit any of the new skips.

But we're talking about me and the Hand here. When I "joined" the Hand I honestly went there to learn Thaumaturgy. But when I got into the library, it was beautiful. Any question I would ever have had an answer in this place somewhere. The first day, I just wandered the halls with Val piling up books in my arms until I realized I needed a library card to check them out. Well, I had to put the books back but I was still undeterred. I'd learn all I could about this place and take care of Tracey while I was at it. When I came across this journal, the one you're reading right now, I was admittedly shocked at first but then I put it back. Learning about the future hasn't been all too well for me in the past, or future. Time loops are weird. Tracey manifested outside of my body whenever a librarian came along. Taught one of the climbing boys how to fistbump. Now there is a random climber boy named "Yuri" (Tracey's choice) that will fist bump you according to other wanderers. My Hand orientation was extremely weird. The fact that I was a skip seemed to fascinate the others so much so that they just kinda asked me questions. Not about anything Foundation-related. Just about me and Tracey. I liked that. As did Tracey.
I gave them a list of anomalies they shouldn't go near. They ignored this list for the most part. I swapped regularly between the Hand and the Foundation. I owed many people favors and I intended to deliver on those. I kept S.C.P.F. operatives alive during security breaches and helped the Hand fight the G.O.C. It was then that Marshall, Carter, and Dark ltd. contacted me. Tried to get me on a contract and threatened legal action. Anyways, I now fight the "Merchants" as the other wanderer's call them. I hate the merchants. Me and them are constantly after each other since I kind of run rescue operations with the fae after the Merchants decided that fae meat was tasty. Jesus, I sound like an animal rights activist. But then again this is definitely different.
