Centuries have passed indifferent to my own existence. I've seen the world change. Empires rise and empires fall, trends become outdated become retro become new, and people… well they don't tend to last forever either. Except for a select few. Some things, some people are cursed or blessed in some way or another

But stories, ohoho, stories have always remained wonderful. They certainly aren't immortal as many would claim. I have watched many great tales and myths wash away in the tides of eternity. One story in particular has always peeked my interest and far to often cohersed my odium, stories about immortals. THe irony is that these have never been written by anything other than a mortal.
