Tales of the City:
OMNI-USERS PART-1: CITY-100
A young boy is standing in the middle of a city with fewer people's signs. There was nobody.
"What in the world?" asked the boy.
"Hello?" the boy yelled all over the city.
"Is anybody there?" asked the boy.
Nobody responded. The boy couldn't see anyone except for himself and an empty city.
"Just what is this place?" asked the boy.
Suddenly from out of nowhere, another boy walks from behind him.
"Hello there, pal!" the boy greeted, making the other boy shocked.
"W-what! W-who the heck are you?!" asked the boy.
"Heh, of course, my name is Zack Wilson, and my Omni-power is "Toon Force." You seem to be new here. What's your name?" asked Zack. The boy stared at him for a while before replying.
"Um, my name is John Walker, and can you tell me where the heck am I?!" asked John.
"Right, I see the government hasn't explained to you about what is happening here," said Zack.
"What happened then?" asked John.
"If you arrived in this city, this makes you an "Omni-user" pal," said Zack.
"An "Omni-user"? The heck is that?!" asked John.
"An Omni-user is the survivor of the Omni-stone itself. They have in themselves powers that one can describe to be on the level of True-Absolute," said Zack.
"What?! What is an Omni-stone?" asked John.
"Do you recall any memories of touching a gold-shining rock that is like an art-work model that you can find in the art-museum?" asked Zack.
"Yes, I remember. What does this has to do with that?" asked John.
"That is not ordinary stone. That is the Omni-stone. This stone allows the person who touches it to gain absolute level supernatural abilities. Such as achieving feats of nature that only those self-proclaimed to be the "impossibility" itself," said Zack.
"Wait, really?! Then why did it look like a regular art-work model composed of paper materials?" asked John.
"That's to keep it in disguise. However, I must say, congratulations for surviving the Omni-stone pal," said Zack.
"Wait? What do you mean by "survive the Omni-stone pal"?" asked John.
"Right, the Omni-stone doesn't just give away free powers without a price, it doesn't base on pure or dark-heart peoples, it based on your lucky chance, survivors would gain absolute abilities, failures would result in exploding and splattered their internal organs everywhere," said Zack. John became shocked from hearing what Zack had just said, so does this mean luck was on his side this whole time.
"Okay, so, where am I?" asked John.
"You are in City-100, are place specially designed for Omni-users," said Zack.
"Wait, so how many are there in this place?" asked John.
"Well, so far, we only 149 peoples in this place. Counting you more makes us 150, yes the population is low, but I can assure you that it's better off than having more than thousands," said Zack.
"Why's that?" asked John.
"We also own in ourselves another ability, Absolute Regeneration. We can regenerate any lost limbs or clothes that get destroyed regardless of the damage we have here; let me pull out a paper sheet to show you its description," said Zack. He moves aside a bit before pulling a sheet of paper from out of nowhere in his pockets. The sheet of paper was new like it wasn't even touched. In-fact it never folded it at all.
When John grabs and looks at it, water sprouts from the inside, blasting him into the nearby area, all wet.
"Hahahahah, sorry pal, side-effects of the Toon Force abilities," said Zack. John stands up and slowly walks back as he grabs the paper while looking at Zack for a while.
Absolute Regeneration:
The user can heal from anything completely, even if there is absolutely nothing remaining of the body. One will be as frail and vulnerable as before, but every injury shall cease; your body will heal critical injuries in a matter of seconds. Destruction results in complete restoration. Irreversible wounds will heal just like normal wounds.
All forms of cellular injuries and disease infection will be healed at metaphysical levels, rewritten all damage to a mere dream, even if said injuries appeared before the regeneration powers are obtained, such as heredity illnesses and unformed limbs. Because the cells and telomere lengths will not shorten in any way, they do not know the age, and all forms of sustenance intake required are utterly removed. User is immune to drugs, disease, and all harmful foreign substances and will be forever in their optimal health and physical prime.
The regeneration will extend to one's mental, emotional, spiritual, and temporal existence as much as their physical state, rendering all damage to the mind, soul, and timeline to be restored to its perfect working state and blocking one's mind from any attacks or invasive attempts. Even if the user is completely eradicated from all aspects of their existence, i.e., if something completely erases the user from the past, present, and future on a conceptual/metaphysical, the user would still come back without fail.
The user may even reappear at a different spatial position upon regeneration, evading any potential jamming into the body. The power cannot be removed, nullified, erased, or affected otherwise, rendering it perfect and absolute.
"So, we can't be killed?" asked John. Zack nods.
"What's your Omni-power, by the way?" asked Zack.
"Well, my ability is Omnipotent," said John. Zack stares at him for a while before having his eyes wide opened.
"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!! OMNIPOTENT!!!" Zack yelled in shock but later returns to his original state.
"Oh wait, of course, I was always aware that sooner or later, an Omnipotence being would arrive, but I must say, I'm also like you to John pal," said Zack.
"What?" asked John.
"You see here, Toon-Force surpasses Omnipotence, imagine an Omnipotence that only works when humorous acts are being committed, so, we're equal to each other, anyway, I'll be heading home now, you go and explore the city or just go to a random place and turn it into your home since this place here only has one rule is to behave, treat each other in respect, always be cooperative in all kinds of situations, no raiding, no riot, no rise-up event, no apocalyptic events also, wait, are those the same? Well, WHO CARES! I'LL BE GOING, SEE YAH!!!" Zack jumps on the skies and is seen levitating before disappearing away back to the suburban that can be seen down the city.
"Okay, that was weird, but what's Omnipotence, by the way?" asked John.
