Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6399-1 is the only currently contained instance, and should be at all times within its standard humanoid containment cell of 6x6x5 meters. The cell walls, as well as the ceiling and the floor, are padded with five-inch thick white mattresses. Large stainless steel snap hooks are positioned on the walls and on the floor with a distance of 1.5 meters in between each hook. The room is lit by two rows of built-in LED lights. No furniture was currently requested by SCP-6399-1.

SCP-6399-1 is to be provided with meteorite fragments or any sort of space debris three times per day. Its custom-made clothing should be thoroughly washed and switched out every week. A tracking microchip is implanted in SCP-6399-1’s neck.

Description: SCP-6399 refers to the entities known as SCP-6399-1 through -218, which are humanoid entities that possess the physical traits of common human children, with the exception of their matte black eyes with miniature replicas of the night sky relative to their current position. Although similar in appearance to SCP-134, no relationship between SCP-6399 instances and SCP-134 could be found at the moment. SCP-6399-1’s appearance resembles that of a twelve-year-old child with dark grey skin, short curly white hair, and a slim build.

SCP-6399-1 will often “float” unprompted. For a duration anywhere from one minute to 400 hours, the instance is no longer subjected to the relative gravity of Earth and will start to gravitate away from the ground. If it is not stopped by another object, it is theorized to be able to escape the atmosphere of Earth. It is currently provided with a polyester straitjacket with safety straps, allowing it to utilize the snap hooks of its containment cell in order to move around.

SCP-6399 instances are resistant, but still susceptible to physical damages. Their skin has the feel of the material used for spacesuits. Blood tests reveal that instance -1 has a black, starry liquid resembling its eyes in lieu of blood, and no DNA was obtained from its hair or skin.

SCP-6399 instances refer to themselves as the “Children of [REDACTED]”, or “Dwarf Progenitors”. Their natural habitat is the orbit of planets in the solar system. The currently captured instance refers to itself as “Lune”, or Moon in French. It was first observed orbiting Earth, struggling to free itself from a piece of space debris that strapped its legs. 30 hours later, it was seen performing atmospheric entry at a velocity of 190 mph, essentially falling at terminal velocity into the atmosphere. Its position was estimated to be 100 miles away from the east coast of Greenland, where it was retrieved and put into Foundation custody.
