Orachdin Colony
Day 1: We've found 9 planets, 4 of which are gas giants, 2 of which are ice, while the remaining 3 are continental, with only one being in the habitable zone. We have compiled a list of our names for these planets below.
1st from the sun: Inuenos, continental
2nd: Imino, continental
3rd: IInois, continental
4th: Iolovo, gas giant
5th: Vakon, gas giant
6th: Volichon, gas giant
7th: Viloin, gas giant
8th: Viloichi
9th: Ilixio
I plan on colonizing Imino with my crew and establishing a colony with communication with earth.
Day 2: We have begun our colony and have discovered that the air here is the same as Earth. Our colony is thriving so far, and we currently have a population of 124
Day 3: We quadrupled in population overnight, and I don't know how, but we are accepting these fellow colonists into our colony and will work on getting them housing.
Day 4: We are going to send out an expeditionary force to search for renewable resources to expand our colony, and this force will be 20 of our strongest colonists to search for trees and ores.
Day 5: The expeditionary team brought back a few oak seeds and saplings, so we planted them. We waited only about 20-30 minutes before the tree grew into an adult. When we harvested the logs, they were highly efficient and quadrupled in size.
Day 6: Gravity only applies to us, and we have to fall from over 12 feet to even be hurt from falling.
Night 6: Zombies approached our colony in the night but once we went up into our home tower and closed the door behind us, we were safe. Our population is very slowly growing every night.
Night 7: We have made crude tools for harvesting and have begun a mining operation in a small building within our fence. We also have a tree farm on the top of our Home Tower and are conducting research on a floating offshoot.
Night 7: A group of large humanoids attacked our colony, but we fended them off, and after that, we harvested their bodies for research and learned that their eyes have teleportation properties.
Day 8: We struck iron in the mines and have begun production of iron tools, and learned of the existence of a book of knowledge showing how to create everything we could ever dream of.
Night 8: We finished the smelting of our iron and have been mining out large areas of the mine and found lava and water. We conducted an at-site test with an iron bucket to see if we can move lava, and once we did, we realized that these buckets are almost indestructible. After that, we mixed the liquids and found that they make Obsidian. One of our colonists also found a large obsidian monument that was on fire, and once we completed it and set it on fire, it turned into a portal into another dimension.
Day 9: We sent an expeditionary force into the portal so we can know what to expect. They returned with mushrooms, gold, and red-coloured stone. We have chosen to name this dimension Pareleax.
Night 9: We interviewed the expeditionary force to determine what exactly the terrain was like, and they claimed it was red, with pig-like humanoid creatures. We are working on establishing contact with this species, while our first message back from Home arrived, and it said "Hello, Colonists. We will be sending a group of mini-robots to assist you. they should arrive in the next few years."
Day 10: We are working on studying these irregularities in the planet, and have been working on establishing new towns.
Night 10: The mini-robots arrived really early
Day 11: A fire burnt down half of the Home Tower, resulting in 7 Colonists dying, so we fixed that area of the tower with brick, and began a museum.
Night 11: We have been establishing another colony in Paraleax, and have been trying to figure out how to sleep there. We also found a glowing substance on the ceiling in Paraleax, and have been experimenting
Day 12: We have found a way to prevent colonists from dying, but cannot
