Special Containment Procedures: SCP-10012 cannot be contained, as it manifests within seemingly random members of the Foundation, anomalies, and several Groups Of Interest. As of now, it seems to propagate slowly, and from time to time, some individuals affected by SCP-10012 would spontaneously be cured of its effects.

Survivors of the phenomenon describe it as "living in a third-person perspective". All individuals who interact with each other have a buffer between their actions. All share the same sentiment that they were in a timeless limbo in between the exchange. It is described as a void where they are unable to think, feel, move, until a certain point where they would carry out their actions and keep the scenario moving. Subjects also report that they are unable to recall large gaps of time where they would remain in a similar limbo.
