This is an easy way to organize multiple stories in one sandbox. You can add as many tabs as you like - most people use one tab per story.

I look down from the top of the cliff, the distance is long so I back away, I don't want to fall, after all, once I'm far enough away to still see the ocean but not risk falling off the cliff then I sit and look up at the stars. As I look up I get the sense that I'm being watched, though not in a bad way, almost as if the stars are seeing what I am inside. They seem to watch like a guardian and I feel protected as I gaze skyward, like my pain is lifted from my shoulders and taken upon someone else's. I lay here for a long time, gazing at the countless stars above and awing at the beauty of the world.

After what feels like an eternity I pull myself off the ground and return to my house, I look at the watch on my wrist, 7:00 pm, good I was still in time for dinner, maybe Mom won't get mad at me this time. I open the door and see that she was still cooking, it smelt like meatloaf, I couldn't wait to eat.

"Hey mom," I say as I enter the kitchen from our little door hallway. "What are you making? It smells delicious," I try to muster up as much energy as I can so that she doesn't ask too many questions.

"Oh it's meatloaf, thought I would make us something that would give some leftovers!" She gives a little chuckle and then turns to me. "What no hug for your mom?" Her arms open up and I force myself to give her a hug, once she releases me she turns back to her cooking, "I'll be done in about 30 minutes."

I walk into my room and take out my laptop, maybe I can try and get some homework done.

"Foods done!" I hear mom announce from downstairs, I looked at the essay that I had been trying to write, the doc was still basically blank.

It's fine, I'll get it done after dinner. I close the laptop and walk downstairs, taking a seat at the table I see that my brother and sister are already sitting down. Mom walks around and distributes plates of meatloaf to all of us before taking a seat herself, we start to eat and my mom starts the small talk. "So Josh how was your day?"

My little brother talks with food still in his mouth while answering, "It was good, Sam and I played soldier today," He smiled and kept eating, he was in kindergarten so I was glad he was making friends.

"And what about you Sarah? How was your day?" My mom asked looking expectantly at my sister.

"It was fine," Sarah said in the most monotone voice she could seemingly muster, "Nothing new really happened," She was going through her middle school edgy phase so her lack of detail didn't exactly surprise me, it made mom ask more questions though.

"Really? Nothing new? Come on something interesting had to have happened," Sarah sighed and went into a little rant about how her day was to satisfy mom's need to know. Once she finished Sarah gave me a look, as if to warn me You're next.

"Liam? What about you?" I cringe internally when she says that name, Didn't I tell her the other day not to call me that?… It's fine she probably just forgot.
