scp-6188: fatal error

Containment: Sense it isn't a physical entity you have to put the person that it is targeting (known as scp-6188-1) in the containment room.
Description: only the people it has targeted knows what it truly looks like because they are the only ones that can see it, and they can only see it's true form for 10 minutes before it takes the form of their biggest fear and they get too scared to say what it looks like. So no one knows what it looks like except it is humanoid and thought to be a boy because they all say "he is after me." It can also understand any language and will talk to the scientists and scp-6188-1 will say what is says back to the scientists. it said that it makes people go insane because he doesn't want them o tell anyone what he looks like.
What it does: It finds a person and latches onto their soul then it will appear and only they can see it but it only appears for 1 minute to 2 minutes at a time. What it does then is it takes 10 minutes to find their biggest fear and makes itself that and makes them hallucinate slowly making them go mentally insane and they die because they don't eat or drink without being forced to by someone else. It's top speed can't be measured because it seems to teleport everywhere.
Events:
1775: it left scp-6188-1 and latched onto one of the scientists and he died an hour after and then it returned to scp-6188-1
